Owusu Benedicta Dwomoh is a 2nd YEAR Physics student at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST). She is a brilliant, smart, and intelligent young lady driven by passion, compassion, dedication, and hard work.
Benedicta is the last of 2 girls and hails from Asante Mampong in the Ashanti Region. She is also a product of Fijai Senior High School.
Benedicta doesn’t consider her situation; hearing impaired as a misfortune or a reason not to strive at attaining the best, but rather an opportunity for her to prove a point and impact as well as serve as a source of inspiration for other girls like her.
She is hopeful that the kind of life-changing knowledge she acquired from Girls in ICT (GIICT) aids her in all her future endeavors. And also pleads that the initiative be institutionalized so that more ladies can benefit.
